Section 68 - Annual report of minister

OVERVIEW

This section requires the minister to prepare and table an annual report on the administration of the Act.

SECTION REFERENCE

         68     The minister responsible for this Act must prepare an annual report on its administration and lay the report before the Legislative Assembly as soon as possible.

SUMMARY

The minister responsible for the Act is required to submit a report to the Legislative Assembly on the administration of the Act on an annual basis. Annual reports typically include statistical data, identification of special issues, summaries of significant Commissioner’s Orders, and any major legislative changes that may have occurred.
