Records relating to the operation, maintenance, and repair of ministry fleet vehicles.  Includes vehicle inspection requirements, maintenance and repair standards and cost analysis/usage reports.  Fleet vehicles include cars, buses, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, and all other units assigned a vehicle identification number.

NOTE:  All information pertaining to individual road vehicles, including inspection reports, maintenance records, etc. should be placed on the specific vehicle unit history file.
