Records relating to the procurement of computer equipment, including justification, equipment evaluations, user specifications, issue, maintenance and repairs.  This primary covers computer equipment not shown elsewhere in the computers primary block, such as electronic storage media (magnetic tapes, disks, optical disks etc.).  Includes procurement procedures, correspondence relating to computer maintenance problems (i.e., general complaints), requests from a program or branch for computers, research and history files, etc.
