Records relating to freedom of information (FOI) and protection of privacy issues not shown elsewhere in the information and privacy block.  This primary also relates to the investigation by the Information and Privacy Commissioner of information and privacy issues, incidents and complaints that are not the result of a request.  Includes reports, recommendations and orders of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.  Includes correspondence, memorandum, and reports.

NOTE:  Orders of the commissioner are filed with the relevant case file (see secondaries 292-30 and 292-40).  Copies may also be filed under the policy and procedures secondary.
