Records of a general nature relating to liaison activities with foreign countries and international governmental organizations such as the United Nations, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization, etc.  Liaison activities include the exchange of information, routine notifications and inquiries, offers of service, etc.
