•1705 - STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING AND ADVICE


Records relating to the provision of strategic human resource (HR) planning and advisory services to ministry or agency executives and senior managers, as well as representing their interests with the BC Public Service Agency (BCPSA) (e.g., in collective bargaining activities and on committees).

Services include strategies, solutions, and research in all areas of human resource planning (e.g., workforce adjustment, succession planning, employee wellness, violence prevention, and employee learning and development).

Record types include correspondence, discussions papers, briefing notes, reports, and other types of records as indicated under relevant secondaries.

NOTE:  This primary is designed for ministries and agencies served by BCPSA.  Agencies not served by BCPSA will not use this primary.
