Records relating to invitations and complaints, and expressions of appreciation, condolence and criticism.  This primary also relates to investigations conducted by the Office of the Ombudsman.

Record types include:  correspondence, memoranda, and reports.

NOTE:  With the exception of Ombudsman's investigations, material relating to a specific subject or function will be placed on the appropriate administrative (ARCS) or operational (ORCS) subject file.
