151 - AGREEMENTS - INTER-MINISTRY AND INTER-AGENCY
Records relating to all formal inter-ministry and inter-agency agreements, memoranda of
understanding and protocols. Includes draft agreements, approved agreements,
negotiation documents, correspondence, working papers, and other records leading to
the development and approval of inter-ministry and inter-agency agreements.
NOTE: Records relating to agreements are considered administrative
even though they often deal with operational matters. For ease of reference
and retrieval, some offices may wish to physically arrange agreement files
with the associated operational files. Another option is to file copies
of such records on an operational file (e.g., reports, studies, etc.).

operations in your ministry or agency.
