1180 - REPORTS, STATISTICS, STATEMENTS
•Records relating to financial reporting. Financial reporting identifies financial
responsibility and provides a budgetary control and reporting system that is designed to control
votes and appropriations and to report consumption of financial resources in relation to planned
operational performance.
Record types include: financial management reports, statistics and statements, working papers,
correspondence, and memoranda.
For administrative reports, statistics, and statements, see
primaries 440 (general), 442 (annual), 444 (monthly), 446 (quarterly and trimester) and 448 (weekly).

For personnel reports, statistics, and statements, see primary
