This file is useful for users who may not have direct access to the web based html version of ARCS On-line. It requires the desktop computer to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version 3.0 or higher, installed on the desktop. The PDF file has bookmarks that correspond to the ARCS On-line pages and major headings. In addition, hyperlink cross references with ARCS On-line are also functional within the PDF version. The PDF file can easily be printed to a laser printer, either individual pages or the complete file.
