The ASD Solutions Development branch brings together
government business needs with private sector expertise.
We are a highly specialized team that assists ministries
to identify, initiate and procure ASD opportunities. We
lead ASD initiatives through the first phases of the ASD
contract lifecycle including; scope definition;
procurement; deal structure and contract negotiations.
We also assist existing deals with re-negotiation and/or
re-procurement as required in later stages of the
contract life cycle. The branch provides leadership
and strategic direction to ministries implementing large
ASD Projects. We assist ministries in defining the
overall scope of their ASD projects and assessing the
current market capacity and willingness to provide the
services or technology required.
The branch provides strategic advice, senior level
expertise and direction throughout the procurement
process.
Our goal is to ensure that government remains in a
position to effectively negotiate and deliver
public-private partnerships well into the future by
having competent professional staff who are well versed
in the development of ASD arrangements. |
