| The New Business Development Branch of the
ASD Secretariat is the first point of contact for any new
Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT)
project proposals. Our goal is to identify, develop and
prepare for approval those business ideas which are most
suitable to alternative service delivery. We provide
three key functions supporting ASD: opportunity
identification, business case development, and proposal
review. We will help you develop the proposal to meet the standard of commercial discipline,
review the project proposal for suitability as an ASD
opportunity, and if appropriate, shepherd the proposal
through the required approvals.
Our branch can provide experienced staff or
consulting resources to support the development and
review processes on a cost recovery basis.
