Executive was created to develop the standards,
principals and supporting services that enable alliance
management offices to realize the full value and
potential of their Alternative Service Delivery
relationships. As such, the Office is focused on the
operational management and growth of these
relationships.
Our Mandate
Expand and build sophisticated, leading-edge,
professional relationship capacity within government to
meet the needs of citizens through Alternative Service
Delivery style relationships
Scope of Deals Supported by the Office of the Chief Alliance Executive
The Office of the Chief Alliance Executive supports
all active Alternative Service Delivery deals in the
province, and must also be positioned to provide support
to those deals which are being assessed or negotiated.
Each deal is administered by an Alliance Management
Office that is accountable for achieving the objectives
of each Alternative Service Delivery projects. |
